Program Description

CrossFit Kids at Outsiders CrossFit is designed for kids ages 5–8 with three main goals: Teach, Inspire, and Have Fun. Through playful, age-appropriate workouts, we teach body mechanics and movement patterns, inspire a love for active living, and help kids discover that fitness is fun. Our coaches create a safe and positive environment where every child can build coordination, confidence, and a healthy foundation.
