Program Description

The Junior Varsity (JV) program at Outsiders CrossFit is built for kids ages 8–11 to learn foundational movements in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment. Through structured fitness games, skill development, and teamwork, kids build coordination, strength, and confidence. Our coaches focus on helping young athletes overcome challenges, foster friendships, and fall in love with movement.
