Program Description

The Varsity Program at Outsiders CrossFit is designed for middle and high school students of all fitness levels. Whether your teen is an athlete looking to stay in shape during the off-season or just wants a positive environment to work out with friends, this program delivers. Through fun, challenging workouts, teens build strength, improve conditioning, and gain confidence. Give your teen a head start at the top fitness gym in Sparks, MD—where they’ll grow physically and mentally in a supportive community.
