Dumbbell Shoulder Press – 12-12-12-12-12
B.
Dumbbell Push Press – 3x Max Reps
C.
Dumbbell Push Jerk – 3x Max Reps
Use the heaviest weight possible for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.
